This hugely successful salon opened its doors 32 years ago by husband and wife team Nicholas and Penny Davis.

The salon is one of the most progressive and innovative hairdressing companies in the area.

One of the contributory factors of over 30 years success is their commitment to invest in the staff through on going training, of the highest standards. Twelve years ago they joined 365 Hairdressing, an organisation created to raise professional and creative standards in Hairdressing. This continues in house with the weekly training school. Developing the stylists of the future, the training school works in unity with local hairdressing colleges and the NVQ programme. This enables Nicholas to train his own stylists from school leaving age through to career minded, successful hairdressers.

The salons vision has always been about providing the best in the business at an affordable price. Offering 6 levels of pricing that reflect the experience of that stylist, coupled with technical excellence and flare.

Nicholas and Penny have always managed to move with the fashions and re invents themselves and the salon every few years. The last one being in 2005- a £95,000 re fit observed the biggest change to date.

Daughter Lyndsey, 30, joined the salon in 2006; her role will be to continue the salon forward moving with the times.

Heading the team of 4 therapists upstairs in the award winning beauty department is Hayley. Within her team is Marissa who has worked at ND Hair and Beauty for 26 years. Highly trained and experianced in their work, the salon offers you the very latest in Non-Surgical Procedures including the celeb's favourite Lipo Massage - Endermologie, alongside relaxing spa treatments from some of the best names in the Business - Clarins, Jessica, Mila d'opiz.

Awards & Accolades

The salon was proudly presented with a prestigious award by Wolverhampton college. Two business's won the award in the city. Nicholas Davis and an engineering firm in recognition for their hard work and dedication to training youngsters in our trades.

Also presented that evening was Student of the Year to Emma who has been successfully making the transition from trainee to graduate. This is the second time one of our students has been chosen for this award.

Sarah Ann was the first member of the team to pass Wella's Master Colour Award (MCA) – an award given to the best colour technicians nationwide. Sarah-Ann now heads the salons technical team.

Nicholas believes that education should never stop, with his connections in the hairdressing trade; all stylists are given the ultimate opportunities to visit some of the big names in the business to learn from them. Helen recently travelled to London to stay with Vidal Sassoon’s to further improve her cutting skills. As head of training, Helen devotes her time to bring on the stylists of the future.

During her time at college she was awarded'Trainee hairdresser of the year' and now one of her trainees is being put forward to also gain this prestigious award.
